HSMAI is a global organization of sales and marketing professionals representing all segments of the hospitality industry encompassing its Core members in the hotel business, Associate members representing industry verticals in travel, hospitality and tourism and our Industry Partner members who view the hotel audience as important to their business. With a strong focus on education, HSMAI is the industry champion in identifying and communicating trends in the hospitality industry while operating as a leading voice for both hospitality and sales and marketing management disciplines.

President's Welcome Message

Dear Members of the Northern California Chapter of HSMAI,

As we look back on the past year few years, it's hard to ignore the struggles that our hospitality community has faced due to the pandemic. The closures, the layoffs, and the uncertainty of the future have been difficult for all of us. However, despite these challenges, our community has shown incredible resilience and strength. We've adapted to the changing circumstances and found new ways to continue to find success in our own little ways.

As we move forward, HSMAI Northern California’s goal is to continue to provide education, networking to build lifelong relationships, and advocacy for our members, helping them to thrive in the midst of the ongoing challenges.

I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you this upcoming year to learn, exchange ideas, inspire growth in our industry together, and above all else, create everlasting bonds.
